A growing real estate company located in the South San Gabriel area is looking for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will handle corporate accounting functions for the organization. Duties for the Senior Accountant include account / bank reconciliation, cash flow reporting, financial statement preparation, month/year-end closing, and financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will also assist with budgeting, managing multi-entity transactions, revenue analysis, assisting with audits, as well as collaborating with corporate property and personnel.

• Qualified candidates will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from a nationally recognized university.
• At least four years of accounting experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong systems background, including advanced Excel.
• $85 - 95k.
